RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. 30-day right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. This is longer than the 14 days required by law; the extended period is our voluntary guarantee and does not limit your statutory rights. The 30 days start on the day you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the order.

To withdraw, tell us by email at kontakt@nakedcarstudio.eu before the 30 days are up. A short message with your order number is enough. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

2. Returning the model

If you withdraw from the contract, please send the model back to us within 14 days of the day you notify us of your withdrawal. It is enough to send the parcel before this period expires.

Please include your order number with the parcel and email us the tracking number, so we can identify your return and process your refund faster.

You bear the direct cost of returning the model to us (the postage or courier charge of the carrier you choose). We do not provide a prepaid return label. Please choose a tracked, insured service and pack the model securely, ideally in its original box with the fitted insert.

This rule applies to withdrawal from the contract. If the model is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered (section 6), we cover the cost of returning it.

3. Refunds

We will refund the price you paid for the returned model, together with the delivery cost you paid for it, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund goes to the payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest standard option we offered, we do not refund the additional cost.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the model back or you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

After we receive the model, we check its condition and may document it with photographs. If its value has been reduced because you handled it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (see section 4), for example if it has been mounted, scratched, painted or damaged, you are liable for that reduction in value under the law. In that case we will still refund the amount due within the time stated above and will send you a separate written claim for the reduction in value, with the calculation and photographs.

If your order qualified for free delivery, we do not deduct the cost of that delivery from the refund. If you withdraw from only part of such an order, we refund the price of the returned model(s) in the same way.

4. Condition of returned items

You may inspect the model the way you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. For example, damage from wall mounting or scratches to the polished surface count as handling beyond inspection.

5. Exchanges

To exchange for a different model, withdraw and return your item as described above (the return cost is yours), then place a new order. The two are handled separately so your refund is never delayed.

6. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your model arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email kontakt@nakedcarstudio.eu with your order number and photos. We will respond within 14 days and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. If we ask you to send the model back, we cover the cost of the return.

This is separate from the right of withdrawal. Under the law, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

Each model is polished by hand. Subtle variations in the grain and finish of the metal are a natural feature of every unit and are not a defect.
